Privacy Policy
Kaizen Logic LLC · Last updated July 17, 2026
Kaizen Logic LLC ("Kaizen Logic", "we") builds AV control systems and a small family of free tools. This policy explains what information our website and tools handle — and, mostly, what they deliberately don't.
The short version
- We don't sell data. No advertising, no data brokers, no tracking pixels.
- Bench's core file analysis runs in your browser. Files you drop into its deterministic parsers are processed on your machine and are not uploaded to Kaizen Logic. Optional AI actions send the content identified on screen to the provider you select.
- Tracker uses your own Google or Microsoft account. It reads spreadsheets you explicitly pick and stores your personal layer in your browser and your provider's app storage. Kaizen Logic runs no server database of that content.
- The website sets one cookie: your chosen color theme.
The website (kaizenlogic.com)
Our sites are hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare processes standard request logs
(IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
The only cookie we set ourselves is kaizen-theme, which remembers your color theme choice.
Bench (bench.kaizenlogic.com)
Bench is a diagnostics tool for AV program files. Its deterministic file parsers run locally in your browser: files you drop in are parsed on your machine, results are displayed on your machine, and those files are not uploaded to Kaizen Logic. Optional AI tools are a separate path. When you invoke one, Bench identifies the data it will send — such as loaded log text, pasted intake text, attachments, or parsed program facts — and sends that data directly from your browser to the AI provider or custom endpoint you selected, using the key you supplied.
Tracker (tracker.kaizenlogic.com)
Tracker watches spreadsheets you choose, using your own Google or Microsoft sign-in:
- Access is limited to its job. With Google, Tracker uses
drive.filefor spreadsheets you explicitly pick or create in it, plusdrive.appdatafor its private sync file. With Microsoft, Tracker starts withFiles.ReadWriteand may requestFiles.ReadWrite.Allwhen a shared or external workbook requires it. - What Tracker does with spreadsheet data. It reads values from a workbook you select to show its items and changes. It writes only when you use a write control, such as changing a status or reply or adding an item, and targets the selected workbook. It does not use provider data for advertising, credit decisions, or data brokerage.
- Cross-device sync is normal behavior. Statuses and notes you add are saved in your browser and, after an interactive sign-in grants access, in your own provider's app storage (Google Drive app data or OneDrive app folder) — not on our servers. You can disconnect or revoke access to stop provider sync.
- We store nothing server-side. Kaizen Logic operates no database of your spreadsheets, their contents, or your notes.
- Disconnecting is one click in the app, and you can revoke Tracker's access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account security settings.
- AI email rewrite is optional. If you invoke it, Tracker sends the draft and the referenced row context (item, sheet status, your status and note, owner comment, resolution, and reply) directly from your browser to Anthropic, using the API key stored in your browser. Kaizen Logic does not relay that request.
Google API data
Tracker's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. If you invoke the optional AI email rewrite, the disclosed row context is transferred to Anthropic solely to provide that user-requested feature.
Share links and review galleries (share.kaizenlogic.com)
Share URLs are bearer links: anyone who has a valid link can open it until it expires or is revoked. Expiration or revocation blocks future access but does not itself delete the underlying file or gallery. For galleries, we may store the review name, per-item feedback, notes, staff replies, notification recipients, send-audit records, and aggregate view, open, and download counts and timestamps in Cloudflare storage. Resend processes outbound review-notification email. Share does not currently provide automatic retention deletion or a self-service gallery-delete route.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence like any business would (Microsoft 365). We don't add you to marketing lists.
Third parties we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, security for all our sites.
- Google / Microsoft — sign-in and file access for Tracker, under their own privacy policies and your own account controls.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or a custom endpoint you configure — optional AI processing for the Bench content identified before sending. Tracker's optional email rewrite uses Anthropic.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for gallery review notifications.
Data retention & your choices
Retention depends on the service and system described above. Link expiration and revocation are access controls, not deletion. We do not currently promise automatic deletion of Share files, gallery records, reviews, or delivery telemetry. Tracker disconnect/revocation stops new provider access but does not automatically delete its browser cache or the private app-data file already stored in your Google or Microsoft account. You can clear Tracker's site data in your browser and remove its stored app data through your provider's account/storage controls. Because Kaizen Logic does not hold a server copy of Tracker state, we cannot delete that provider/browser copy for you. To request removal of Kaizen-held Share or email records, or ask what is retained, contact us at the address below.
International users and privacy requests
Kaizen Logic LLC, in Spokane, Washington, is responsible for the Kaizen-held website, Share, and email records described in this policy. Those records and provider-handled data may be processed in the United States or other countries where the providers listed above operate. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or to complain to your local privacy authority. Email [email protected] to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and will respond as applicable law requires.
We use Kaizen-held information to provide a feature you request, operate and secure the services, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. Optional AI processing occurs only when you invoke the disclosed action. We do not use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Tracker's browser and provider-app data remains under your and your provider's controls as explained above; Kaizen Logic cannot retrieve or erase a copy it does not hold.
Children
Our sites and tools are business tools, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
