These terms cover use of kaizenlogic.com and our free tools — Bench, Tracker, and client delivery pages on share.kaizenlogic.com (together, "the tools"). By using them you agree to these terms. Professional services engagements are governed by their own written agreements, not this page.

The tools are free, as-is

We built these tools for our own work and share them at no charge. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time.

Your files stay yours

You keep all rights to files you process with Bench, spreadsheets you track with Tracker, and content you review through share links. We claim no ownership. Bench's deterministic parsers process files in your browser; optional AI actions send the content identified on screen to the provider you select. Tracker reads files you pick through your own Google or Microsoft account and syncs its personal layer through that provider's app storage.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the tools to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt our services or bypass access controls.
• Don't use the tools to process content you have no right to process.
• Only open share links that were sent to you or your organization.

Accounts and sign-in

Tracker signs in with your own Google or Microsoft account. You're responsible for that account's security; we never see or store its password. You can disconnect in the app or revoke access from your provider's security settings at any time.

Third-party services and AI

Some features connect directly to providers including Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Resend, or a custom endpoint you configure. Those services have their own terms and policies. Optional AI output can be incomplete or wrong; verify it before relying on it or sending it to anyone.

Share links

Share URLs are bearer links. Anyone holding a valid link can access its content until it expires or is revoked. You are responsible for sending a link only to intended recipients. Expiration or revocation blocks future access; it does not itself delete the underlying file, gallery, review, or delivery record.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizen Logic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the free tools — including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free tools is limited to $100 USD. The tools are diagnostics and convenience aids — verify important results before acting on them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what the tools and their providers handle. Short version: we don't sell data; Bench's core file parsers stay in your browser while optional AI actions send identified content to the provider you select; and Tracker stores its personal layer in your browser and your connected account.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Changes apply prospectively when posted. Continued use after a change means acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Venue for any dispute is Spokane County, Washington.
